The 2000 Series is a Limited Edition Collectors series featuring High-Carbon 0-1 Tool steel standard with Damascus being optional. Hand-Rubbed to a two-thousand grit on the High-Carbon Tool steel. The matching set includes the beautiful, and highly sought after Mastodon Mammoth Ivory, thousands of years old brought back from extinction for a new life as a unique and stunning handle material, or the very classy Exhibition Grade Mother of Pearl. The set comes in either a Dark Walnut or Cedar, hand-made display case and Kentucky Blue felt liners.
